The skin booster injection Korea visitors ask us about most is the one behind the glass skin look. Korean clinics call it the water-glow injection (mulgwang jusa). At THE Beautiful Clinic in Gangnam, the five options on our price list of 20 August 2026 start at 99,000 KRW, and by the end of this page you will know how they differ, what each costs, how much downtime to plan for and how long each is expected to last.
Five skin boosters on our list, side by side
A skin booster places an active ingredient inside the skin, at a depth a serum on the surface never reaches. It works on water, texture and density instead of adding bulk the way a filler does. The five below each do that differently.
| Option | How it works | Downtime · how long it lasts | From (KRW) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dermashine skin booster | A multi-needle head spreads hydrating and active ingredients evenly across the dermis | Same-day redness · best in a repeating course | 99,000 for 2cc |
| DoubleTite skin booster | Radiofrequency stimulates collagen in the dermis, the layer that gives skin its spring | Same-day redness · best in a repeating course | 129,000 full face |
| SkinVive | FDA-approved hyaluronic acid gel injected into the dermis, with lidocaine in the formula | 1–2 days of small bumps · around 6 months | 270,000 per 1cc |
| Exosome | Signalling vesicles with growth factors and peptides, delivered to the epidermis and upper dermis | None to same-day redness · best in a repeating course | 129,000 for 3cc |
| Rejuran | Polynucleotide (PN) growth factors working on the epidermis and dermis together | Small bumps for 1–2 days · 3–6 months after a course | 120,000 per 1cc |
Read the table by what your skin is short of. Dermashine and SkinVive bring water into the dermis. DoubleTite and Rejuran work on structure, and Exosome supports the skin's own repair cycle.
Every skin booster line on the price list
All figures are list prices in Korean won. The final quote is confirmed at consultation, after the doctor has examined your skin.
| Treatment | Option | Price (KRW) |
|---|---|---|
| Skin booster with Dermashine | 2cc, 1 session | 99,000 |
| Skin booster with Dermashine | Skin-booster toxin, 1 session | 129,000 |
| Skin booster with Dermashine | Tip, per session | 33,000 |
| Skin booster with Dermashine | Cryo soothing add-on | 22,000 |
| DoubleTite skin booster | Full face | 129,000 |
| DoubleTite skin booster | Toxin booster, full face | 149,000 |
| DoubleTite skin booster | Tip, per session | 44,000 |
| SkinVive | 1cc | 270,000 |
| Cell Exosome / ASCE Exosome | 3cc, 1 session | 129,000 |
| Cell Exosome / ASCE Exosome | 6cc, 1 session | 258,000 |
| Rejuran | 1cc / 2cc | 120,000 / 240,000 |
Look twice at the tip lines. The Dermashine tip (33,000 KRW) and the DoubleTite tip (44,000 KRW) each appear as a separate line, per session. Ask whether a quote includes the tip before you set it against another number.
Glass skin has two halves: water and structure
The glow people describe as glass skin needs hydration in the dermis and collagen underneath it. A treatment that supplies only one of the two covers half the look. Run together, DoubleTite and Dermashine cover both halves.
DoubleTite delivers radiofrequency to stimulate collagen. Dermashine places the same dose of hydrating and active ingredients at the same depth across the whole area, which no cream or serum can do. Together they aim for:
- Better skin density and a more luminous surface
- Improved elasticity and a finer texture
- An overall lift in skin condition
- Change that builds gradually and looks natural, not a sudden shift
That decision can start with 3D Meta-Vu skin analysis. It photographs the face in 3D and splits the image into eleven layers, from texture and pores to redness, sebum and tone. You see the reasoning behind the recommendation instead of taking it on trust.

What a skin booster session involves
- Assessment. The doctor looks at your skin, your goal and your travel dates, then chooses the option and the amount.
- Comfort. SkinVive carries lidocaine in its formula, and Rejuran is done under a topical anaesthetic. The sensation is listed as low to moderate for Dermashine and DoubleTite, and low for Exosome.
- Treatment. With Dermashine, a multi-needle head delivers the ingredients evenly. SkinVive is injected directly into the dermis.
- Afterwards. Dermashine, DoubleTite and Exosome leave redness on the day at most. SkinVive and Rejuran leave small bumps for 1–2 days.
Boosters can usually be done straight after the consultation, on the same visit. If a flight or an event is fixed, pick the option whose downtime fits the gap before it.

How often, and how long the result lasts
SkinVive is the option built around a single session, and its effect lasts around 6 months. That is unusually durable for a hydration treatment.
Rejuran runs as a course of three to four sessions, two to four weeks apart, and typically lasts 3–6 months after the course. Dermashine, DoubleTite and Exosome work best as a repeating course. We do not publish a fixed interval for those three, so ask for spacing that suits your skin and how often you can be in Seoul.
Which booster suits you, and who should ask first
Choose by the result you are after rather than by a brand name. Each line below points to a starting option, which the consultation then confirms or changes.
- Dry, dull or rough skin points to hydration: the Dermashine skin booster, or SkinVive if fine lines are part of the picture.
- Skin that has lost spring or density points to collagen: DoubleTite's radiofrequency, or Rejuran, which our Rejuran price guide breaks down cc by cc.
- Skin recovering from laser or microneedling is where Exosome pairs particularly well, because the skin is already in repair mode.
- A single visit makes SkinVive the simplest fit, since one session lasts around 6 months.
Before any injection, tell us your medical history. Mention recent fillers, isotretinoin or any medication that affects healing. Our skin booster and collagen regeneration page lists the other injectables we use, each working on a different timeline.
What changes the total cost
Planning a skin booster injection? Korea list prices are the starting point, and four things move the total.
- The option. The lowest line is 99,000 KRW for 2cc with Dermashine. SkinVive sits at the top at 270,000 KRW per 1cc.
- The amount. Exosome is 129,000 KRW for 3cc and 258,000 KRW for 6cc. SkinVive and Rejuran are priced per cc.
- Tips and add-ons. Tips are listed at 33,000 KRW for Dermashine and 44,000 KRW for DoubleTite, per session. A cryo soothing add-on with Dermashine is 22,000 KRW.
- The number of sessions. Dermashine, DoubleTite and Exosome are at their best as a repeating course, so price the course, not one visit.
Tip type and the number of areas vary from person to person, which is why the figure is confirmed at consultation. Ask for a range in advance and you will get an honest one.
A few days' notice is usually enough, but weekends and Friday evenings fill first. When you know what you want, select DoubleTite / Dermashine in the booking selector, or read answers for first-time visitors before you message. The clinic is a 2-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nonhyeon Station and is closed on Sundays.
