HIFU to the SMAS
Ultherapy Prime
The only lift you can watch on screen while it happens.
Ultherapy Prime focuses ultrasound at 60–70 °C into three fixed depths, including the SMAS — the fascial layer a surgeon would tighten. DeepSEE imaging shows the tissue in real time, so the operator is aiming rather than estimating.

- Works on
- 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm — dermis to SMAS
- Sensation
- Moderate, brief per line
- Downtime
- None
- Typically lasts
- 6–12 months
HIFU to the SMAS
What it addresses
Eleven devices. One plan, drawn for your face.
- 01Cheek descent and nasolabial folds visibly eased
- 02Brow and upper-eyelid heaviness lifted
- 03A cleaner jawline and less fullness under the chin
- 04Neck lines softened along a smoother contour
How it works

Three depths, three transducers
1.5 mm for dermal texture and fine lines, 3.0 mm through the fat layer, 4.5 mm at the SMAS. The face rarely needs only one of them.
DeepSEE imaging
Patented real-time ultrasound shows exactly which plane the energy is entering — and, just as importantly, what to avoid.
One session, gradual result
Tissue contracts on the day; new collagen arrives over eight to twelve weeks. There is no dressing and no recovery period.
Every plan is decided in consultation. Suitability, sequence and dosage differ from person to person.
