The clinic is closed for the Chuseok public holiday. Appointments already booked across those dates have been contacted individually to rearrange.
WhatsApp messages are still read over the holiday, though replies may take longer than the usual same day.
Saturday appointments run continuously from 10:30 to 16:30. Monday to Friday still close for lunch between 13:00 and 14:00.
This was changed because Saturday is when most visitors on a short trip to Seoul can come in, and losing an hour in the middle of it cost people appointments.
Every consultation now begins with 3D skin imaging rather than a price list. The scan separates surface pigment from dermal pigment, and shows where elasticity has actually been lost — two things that are guesswork by eye.
It also means the figure we give you is based on the shot count your skin needs, not on a package. Occasionally that number is lower than what you came in expecting, and occasionally the honest answer is to do nothing this month.
Parking is free for patients in the Jinryeong Building car park. Bring your ticket to reception and it will be validated before you leave.
If you are coming by train instead, Nonhyeon Station Exit 5 on the Sinbundang Line is a two-minute walk.
