Whole-face volume design
Contour Filler
Not filling a hollow. Rebalancing a face.
Contour filler starts with an analysis of proportion, asymmetry and where volume has actually been lost — forehead, nasolabial fold, tear trough, chin. Volume is then distributed to restore balance rather than to fill whichever area is complained about most.

- Works on
- Deep and superficial planes
- Sensation
- Mild, with anaesthetic in product
- Downtime
- Possible bruising for 2–5 days
- Typically lasts
- 9–18 months by product
Whole-face volume design
What it addresses
Balance before volume. Restraint before result.
- 01Asymmetry corrected and proportion rebalanced
- 02Natural volume restored for a more sculpted face
- 03A design drawn from multi-angle analysis of your face
- 04Softer, clearer contour lines without a filled look
How it works

Multi-angle planning
A face that looks balanced from the front can be off in profile. We design against both.
Restraint as technique
Knowing where not to inject is a larger part of this work than most people expect.
Product matched to plane
Deep structural support and fine superficial correction call for different rheology.
Every plan is decided in consultation. Suitability, sequence and dosage differ from person to person.
