The Korean facial treatment price you pay in Seoul depends on what is done to your skin, not on the word facial. At THE Beautiful Clinic in Nonhyeon, an aqua peel is 77,000 KRW and a Fraxel session is 109,000 KRW, from our price list dated 20 August 2026. By the end of this page you will know what each option costs, how many days of redness it asks for, and how we decide between them.

These are list prices in Korean won. The final figure is confirmed at consultation, once the doctor has looked at your skin and decided how many areas or how much product the plan needs.

Two lines on a quote are easy to miss. A needle tip is billed per session: 33,000 KRW with Dermashine, 44,000 KRW with DoubleTite. If you want the toxin version, the Dermashine skin-booster toxin is 129,000 KRW and the DoubleTite toxin booster is 149,000 KRW for the full face.

What a Korean clinic counts as a facial

A peel clears the dead layer and brings the turnover cycle back to something normal. A booster puts hydration or polynucleotides at dermal depth, where a cream cannot reach. Resurfacing goes further again and rebuilds texture over a course.

Extraction is the outlier. It empties a pore that is already full and does nothing about the gland that filled it, which is why we price it separately at 50,000 KRW for the full face without laser.

How the treatment is chosen before the price is quoted

Two people asking for the same facial rarely need the same treatment. The consultation can start with 3D Meta-Vu imaging, which photographs the face in 3D and separates it into eleven layers, from pigment and pores to sebum, redness and predicted wrinkle lines.

After that the decision is about depth. A peel works on the stratum corneum, Dermashine places its dose across the dermis, and Fraxel puts microscopic laser columns into the epidermis and upper dermis. The deeper the work goes, the more days of redness you trade for it.

What a session is like, and how long you stay red

  1. Analysis. We look at barrier condition, pores, pigment and redness, and ask how much downtime your week can absorb.
  2. Choice of agent or depth. AHA, BHA and combination peels behave differently on oily, dry and sensitised skin, so the strength is set against your skin rather than a menu.
  3. Treatment. A peel is a short appointment. Dermashine delivers the same dose at the same depth across the area with a multi-needle head. Rejuran is injected under topical anaesthetic.
  4. Afterwards. Makeup and daylight are fine again on the same day for most of this list. Fraxel is the exception.
What you see after each treatment
TreatmentDowntime
Aqua Peel and Lara PeelNone to light flaking
Dermashine and DoubleTiteRedness the same day
ExosomeNone to same-day redness
RejuranSmall bumps for 1–2 days
Fraxel3–7 days of redness and flaking

Spacing matters as much as the single session. Peels work as maintenance every two to four weeks, Rejuran is built as a course of three to four sessions two to four weeks apart, and Fraxel is cumulative over a course rather than a one-visit fix.

Which one suits you, and who should ask first

The cheapest line on the list is not always the one that answers your complaint. Match the treatment to what your skin is short of.

  • Dull, congested skin with blocked pores: start with a peel at 77,000 KRW and keep it as maintenance.
  • Skin that has thinned and lost resilience: Rejuran at 120,000 KRW per cc, and read our full Rejuran price breakdown before you decide on cc.
  • Dehydrated skin that looks tight by evening: a skin booster with Dermashine at 99,000 KRW for 2cc, or the wider skin booster price list.
  • Enlarged pores and acne scarring: Fraxel at 109,000 KRW, with Intracel added at 199,000 KRW when the scars are depressed.
  • Redness that is vascular rather than pigmented: Vbeam Perfecta at 179,000 KRW per session, which leaves redness for a few hours.

Tell us your medical history in consultation. Recent fillers, isotretinoin and any medication that affects healing change the plan, and so does your Fitzpatrick type — mention it when you message and we will plan around it. Avoid sun exposure and retinoids for a few days before laser work.

What changes your Korean facial treatment price

Shot counts, tip type and the number of areas vary from person to person. Four things move the total more than anything else.

  1. How much product. Rejuran is priced per cc: 120,000 KRW for 1cc and 240,000 KRW for 2cc. Juvelook is 240,000 KRW for 2cc and 480,000 KRW for 4cc.
  2. The tip. Add 33,000 KRW per session with Dermashine or 44,000 KRW per session with DoubleTite. A cryo soothing add-on is 22,000 KRW.
  3. One session or a course. Lara Peel is 77,000 KRW once, 195,000 KRW for three and 300,000 KRW for five. Skin regeneration work is judged over a course, not over one morning.
  4. Whether lifting joins the plan. Shurink Universe starts at 55,000 KRW for 100 shots, and Ultherapy or Thermage sits in a different price bracket again.

If you can only come once, say so when you message. You will get a straight answer on whether a single visit is worth it for your skin, or whether a peel plus a booster gives you more for the same money.

When your dates are set, tick DoubleTite in the booking selector and send your photo on WhatsApp. First visit to a Seoul clinic? Read what patients ask before they come, or browse the whole skin booster category.

The short version

  5. Final prices are confirmed at consultation, because shot counts, tips and the number of areas differ per person.

Questions patients ask

What is the typical Korean facial treatment price in Seoul?

At our Gangnam clinic, an aqua peel is 77,000 KRW, a 2cc skin booster with Dermashine is 99,000 KRW and Fraxel is 109,000 KRW, from the price list dated 20 August 2026. The final figure is confirmed at consultation.

Does a medical facial in Korea hurt?

A peel feels like mild tingling. Injectable boosters such as Rejuran are a moderate sensation under topical anaesthetic, and Fraxel is moderate to strong.

How much downtime should I plan for?

Peels leave nothing to light flaking, boosters leave redness on the day, Rejuran leaves small bumps for one to two days, and Fraxel leaves three to seven days of redness and flaking.

How many sessions do I need?

Peels work as maintenance every two to four weeks. Rejuran is designed as three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart, and Fraxel builds over a course.

How long does the result last?

It depends on the treatment. Rejuran typically holds for three to six months after a full course, while peels and RF boosters are best repeated as a course.

Can I combine two treatments in one visit?

Often, yes — Fraxel with Intracel is listed at 199,000 KRW, and Rejuran can be delivered with Dermashine for a 33,000 KRW tip and no device fee. We decide in consultation whether your barrier can take both on the same day.

How do I book from abroad?

Message a photo and your travel dates on WhatsApp. The clinic answers in English or Bahasa Indonesia, usually the same day, and boosters or lasers can often be done straight after the consultation.

Results and recovery vary between individuals, and every treatment can have side effects. Prices are from the clinic's price list and are confirmed at consultation. This article is general information, not a diagnosis.
