If you are comparing Juvelook Korea options before a trip to Seoul, three questions matter: what it is, what it costs and whether it suits your skin. Juvelook combines polymer PLA with hyaluronic acid to trigger your own collagen, and at THE Beautiful Clinic in Gangnam it starts at 240,000 KRW for 2cc. By the end of this page you will know how it works, what a session is like, how long it lasts and how it compares with Rejuran and Sculptra.

What Juvelook is, and what it is not

Juvelook is a skin booster made of polymer PLA combined with hyaluronic acid. It is injected into the dermis. Its job is to trigger your own collagen, not to deliver instant volume.

That is the main difference from a filler. A filler places gel volume on the day. With Juvelook, nothing dramatic happens on the day: the change accumulates over weeks, which is why it reads as natural.

  • Better elasticity and a more refined texture
  • Collagen production activated within the skin
  • Fine lines and shallow depressions softened
  • Natural volume and an improved contour

How Juvelook builds collagen

The PLA and hyaluronic acid prompt the skin to produce collagen of its own. The result is tissue you have grown. It behaves differently over time to injected filler.

Because the build is gradual, over-correction is far less likely than with a same-day filler. Fine wrinkles, shallow scars and skin firmness improve in the same course.

What a skin scan adds to the plan

Before a plan is made, 3D Meta-Vu imaging can map texture, pores, pigment, wrinkles and redness in one sitting. You can see the reasoning behind a recommendation rather than take it on trust.

What a Juvelook session is like

  1. Consultation. The doctor looks at your skin, asks about your medical history and agrees the amount with you: 2cc or 4cc.
  2. Numbing. A topical anaesthetic goes on first. After that, the sensation is moderate.
  3. Injection. Juvelook is placed in the dermis. It can also be done with Dermashine, which adds a 33,000 KRW tip.
  4. Afterwards. Small bumps show where the product went in. They settle within 1–2 days.

Boosters and injectables can usually be done straight after the consultation, on the same visit. A few days' notice is usually enough, but weekends and Friday evenings fill first.

Downtime, sessions and timing your trip

The bumps last 1–2 days, so put Juvelook early in your stay. The visible change comes over the following weeks. For a Juvelook Korea trip, that timing works in your favour: there is no same-day change for anyone to notice.

The price list quotes Juvelook per session. It is planned as a course, and the number of sessions is agreed at consultation for your skin. The effect typically lasts 12–18 months.

Juvelook vs Rejuran, and where Sculptra fits

All three sit in our skin booster and collagen range, and all three ask the skin to do the work. They differ in what they are made of, where they act and how long they last.

Juvelook compared with Rejuran and Sculptra
TreatmentWhat it is and where it worksTypically lastsFrom (KRW)
JuvelookPLA with hyaluronic acid, in the dermis12–18 months240,000 per 2cc
RejuranPolynucleotide growth factors, in the epidermis and dermis3–6 months after a course120,000 per 1cc
SculptraPoly-L-lactic acid, in the deep dermis and subcutisUp to around 2 years750,000 per vial

Rejuran works on skin that has thinned and lost resilience. It is built as three to four sessions, two to four weeks apart, and our Rejuran price guide sets out every option. Sculptra returns lost facial volume gradually and firms sagging areas, with swelling for 1–3 days.

Juvelook sits between the two. It works on elasticity, texture, fine lines and shallow depressions, and it adds natural volume as the collagen builds.

Who Juvelook suits, and who should ask first

Juvelook suits you if your concern is elasticity, texture, fine lines or shallow depressions. It also suits you if you would rather the change build slowly than show on the day.

  • Recent fillers, isotretinoin or medication that affects healing: mention them when you first message, not on the day.
  • If you want volume you can see the same day, contour filler is the better conversation. It lasts 9–18 months by product, with possible bruising for 2–5 days.
  • If lost volume and sagging across the face are the main concern, ask about Sculptra, which lasts up to around two years.
  • If your flight or an event is fixed, say so. Bumps for 1–2 days are easy to plan around when we know the date.

Your medical history is part of every consultation. Consultations run in English and Bahasa Indonesia, so raise anything you are unsure about before the injection, not after.

Juvelook Korea price, and what changes the total

These are list prices in Korean won, from the clinic's price list dated 20 August 2026. The final figure is confirmed at consultation, once the doctor has seen your skin.

Juvelook Korea prices — price list of 20 August 2026
ItemAmountPrice (KRW)
Juvelook + subcision (if needed)2cc, 1 session240,000
Juvelook + subcision (if needed)4cc, 1 session480,000
Juvelook with DermashineTip33,000

Read the name of the item. The listed price is for Juvelook + subcision (if needed), so subcision sits on the same line of the price list.

  1. How many cc. One session is 240,000 KRW for 2cc or 480,000 KRW for 4cc. The amount is agreed at consultation.
  2. How it is delivered. Done with Dermashine, add the 33,000 KRW tip.
  3. How many sessions. Juvelook is a course and the price is per session, so the total follows the plan agreed for your skin.
  4. What you combine it with. Other boosters are priced separately. Rejuran, for example, starts at 120,000 KRW per 1cc.

We do not quote a home-country price for comparison, because we have no figure we can check. What you can compare fairly is cc for cc and session for session.

When you are ready, tick Juvelook in the booking selector and send the list on WhatsApp. If this is your first treatment in Seoul, read what patients ask before they visit. The clinic is on the second floor of the Jinryeong Building on Gangnam-daero.

Questions patients ask

What is Juvelook?

Juvelook is an injectable that combines polymer PLA with hyaluronic acid. It is placed in the dermis and triggers your own collagen, so the change builds over weeks rather than showing on the day.

How much does Juvelook cost in Korea?

At THE Beautiful Clinic in Gangnam, Juvelook + subcision (if needed) is 240,000 KRW for 2cc and 480,000 KRW for 4cc per session, from the price list dated 20 August 2026. Done with Dermashine, a 33,000 KRW tip is added. The final price is confirmed at consultation.

Is Juvelook a filler?

No. A filler adds gel volume on the day, while Juvelook stimulates collagen that builds gradually. Because of that, over-correction is far less likely than with a same-day filler.

How long does Juvelook last?

The effect typically lasts 12–18 months. Results vary between individuals.

Is Juvelook better than Rejuran?

They do different jobs. Juvelook uses PLA and hyaluronic acid in the dermis and typically lasts 12–18 months. Rejuran uses polynucleotides in the epidermis and dermis and lasts 3–6 months after a course of three to four sessions.

Does Juvelook hurt, and is there downtime?

The sensation is moderate, and a topical anaesthetic is applied first. Small bumps appear where the product went in and settle within 1–2 days.

How do I book Juvelook from abroad?

Send a photo and your travel dates on WhatsApp. The clinic replies in English or Bahasa Indonesia, usually the same day, and a few days' notice is usually enough.

Results and recovery vary between individuals, and every treatment can have side effects. Prices are from the clinic's price list and are confirmed at consultation. This article is general information, not a diagnosis.
