The Ultherapy Korea price at THE Beautiful Clinic starts at 280,000 KRW for 100 shots of Ulthera and 400,000 KRW for 100 shots of Ultherapy Prime, taken from the clinic's price list dated 20 August 2026. HIFU lifting is sold by shot count, so a quote means very little until you know how many shots it buys and on which platform. By the end of this page you will know both price ladders, how the shot count is decided, and what the session feels like.
Ultherapy Korea price list at our Gangnam clinic
These are list prices in Korean won. The figure you pay is confirmed at consultation, once the doctor has assessed your skin and decided where the energy needs to go.
| Platform | Shots | Price (KRW) |
|---|---|---|
| Ulthera | 100 shots | 280,000 |
| Ulthera | 300 shots | 840,000 |
| Ulthera | 600 shots | 1,680,000 |
| Ulthera | 900 shots | 2,520,000 |
| Ultherapy Prime | 100 shots | 400,000 |
| Ultherapy Prime | 300 shots | 1,200,000 |
| Ultherapy Prime | 600 shots | 2,400,000 |
| Ultherapy Prime | 900 shots | 3,600,000 |
Both ladders are linear, so 300 shots costs three times what 100 shots costs. Ultherapy Prime is 400,000 KRW per 100 shots and Ulthera is 280,000 KRW per 100 shots. Ultherapy Prime is the platform described in the next section: ultrasound focused at 60–70 °C into three fixed depths, with DeepSEE imaging on screen while it runs.
Why the shot count is the number to compare
A shot is one line of focused ultrasound placed in the tissue. A price quoted per session, per area or per "full face" tells you nothing until the shot count behind it is written down.
Ask us, and ask anyone else you are comparing, two questions: how many shots, and which platform. Two numbers that look far apart usually turn out to be the same treatment at a different count.
How the depth and shot count are decided
Ultherapy Prime reaches three fixed depths through three transducers: 1.5 mm for dermal texture and fine lines, 3.0 mm through the fat layer, and 4.5 mm at the SMAS — the fascial layer a surgeon would tighten. A face rarely needs only one of them.
DeepSEE imaging shows the tissue in real time, so the operator is aiming rather than estimating, and can see what to stay away from. That is where the shot count comes from: the zones that need energy, at the depths they need it.

What one Ultherapy session is like
- Skin assessment. The consultation can include 3D Meta-Vu imaging, which maps texture, pores, pigment, redness and predicted lines, so the plan comes from your own skin data.
- Mapping. The face is divided into zones and a shot count is set for each one.
- DeepSEE check. Real-time ultrasound confirms which plane the energy is entering before it is delivered.
- Delivery. Shots are placed line by line at 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm. The sensation is moderate and brief on each line.
- Afterwards. There is no dressing and no recovery period, so you go back to the rest of your day.
Tissue contracts on the day. New collagen arrives over the following eight to twelve weeks, which is why the face at week ten is not the face you left with. The effect typically holds for 6–12 months.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Works at | 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm — dermis to SMAS |
| Temperature | 60–70 °C at the focal point |
| Sensation | Moderate, brief per line |
| Downtime | None |
| Collagen builds over | 8–12 weeks |
| Typically lasts | 6–12 months |
Who Ultherapy suits, and who should ask first
It suits cheek descent and nasolabial folds, brow and upper-eyelid heaviness, a jawline that has lost its edge, fullness under the chin, and neck lines that need a smoother contour. It suits people who accept a gradual change rather than a same-day one.
- Tell us your medical history in consultation — recent fillers, threads, isotretinoin, or any medication that affects healing.
- If the problem is thinned skin rather than sagging, radiofrequency is the better conversation.
- If your budget is fixed, say the number. We would rather plan a sensible shot count than stretch one treatment across a whole face.
| Treatment | Works at | Typically lasts | From (KRW) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ultherapy Prime | 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm, dermis to SMAS | 6–12 months | 400,000 per 100 shots |
| Thermage FLX | Dermis, monopolar radiofrequency | About 12 months | 1,990,000 for 600 shots |
| Shurink Universe | 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm HIFU, dot and linear | 3–6 months | 55,000 per 100 shots |
If you are weighing ultrasound against radiofrequency, our side-by-side on depth and price walks through the deciding factors. Everything else we use for laxity sits under lifting, and Total Lifting is the plan that decides which device goes first.

What changes the total Ultherapy Korea price
- Which platform. Ultherapy Prime is listed at 400,000 KRW per 100 shots, Ulthera at 280,000 KRW per 100 shots.
- How many shots. The list runs in steps of 100, 300, 600 and 900 shots on both platforms.
- How many depths. A plan that works the dermis, the fat layer and the SMAS uses more shots than one that only lifts the jaw.
- Whether a second platform is added. Two devices in one visit only make sense when they target different planes; where they overlap, we space them out instead.
Shot counts and areas vary from person to person, so we confirm the final figure at consultation rather than quoting a headline number that moves later. Ask for a range in advance and you will get an honest one.
When you are ready, tick Ultherapy Prime in the booking selector and send your dates on WhatsApp. If this is your first treatment in Seoul, read what patients ask before they visit first.
The short version
- Ulthera is 280,000 KRW per 100 shots and Ultherapy Prime is 400,000 KRW per 100 shots, per the price list of 20 August 2026; the final figure is confirmed at consultation.
- Both platforms are listed in 100, 300, 600 and 900-shot steps, so the shot count is the number to compare between quotes.
- Ultherapy Prime focuses ultrasound at 60–70 °C into 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm, the deepest being the SMAS, with DeepSEE imaging showing the tissue in real time.
- There is no dressing and no recovery period; tissue contracts on the day and new collagen builds over eight to twelve weeks.
- The effect typically lasts 6–12 months. Thermage FLX from 1,990,000 KRW for 600 shots is the radiofrequency alternative when skin has thinned.
Questions patients ask
How much is Ultherapy in Korea?
At THE Beautiful Clinic in Gangnam, Ulthera is 280,000 KRW per 100 shots and Ultherapy Prime is 400,000 KRW per 100 shots, from the price list dated 20 August 2026. The final price is confirmed at consultation.
How many shots will I need?
The shot count is set at consultation, from the zones that need energy and the depths they need it at. Our list prices run in 100, 300, 600 and 900-shot steps on both platforms.
Does Ultherapy hurt?
The sensation is moderate and brief on each line rather than constant. Tell us during the session if a zone is uncomfortable, because the settings can be adjusted as it runs.
Is there downtime after Ultherapy?
No. There is no dressing and no recovery period, so it fits into a normal day in Seoul.
How long does Ultherapy last?
The effect typically holds for 6–12 months. New collagen arrives over eight to twelve weeks after the session, so the change is gradual rather than immediate.
Can Ultherapy be combined with Thermage in the same visit?
Only when the two platforms target different planes. Where they overlap, we space the sessions out instead, and we explain the order at consultation.
How do I book Ultherapy from abroad?
Send a photo and your travel dates on WhatsApp. The clinic replies in English or Bahasa Indonesia, usually the same day.
Results and recovery vary between individuals, and every treatment can have side effects. Prices are from the clinic's price list and are confirmed at consultation. This article is general information, not a diagnosis.
