There are two lines on the Seoul clinic price list you saved, DoubleTite and Dermashine, and your question about “doubletite dermashine korea price” is really one question: will the bill at the counter be longer because of extras explained in a language you don't speak well?
Before you agree to any quote, ours included, the parts about tip fees and add-ons are worth reading first.
What sits on each line of a quote, meaning the tip, the cc, the add-ons and the session count, answers the real question: which numbers are actually for your skin, and which you can say no to.
Hello, I'm Dr. Jang Dong-hoon, Founder & Medical Director of THE Beautiful Clinic in Seoul. I'm a member of the Korean Society for Laser Medicine and several other medical societies in Korea and Japan.
At our clinic I consult, plan and treat; there are no counsellors selling packages. The final price is given before treatment, with no obligation. Clinic staff interpret for your language at no extra charge, so you can ask about every line before you agree.
The most common mistake is comparing figures from two price lists without knowing whether the tip fee and extras are already inside them.
DoubleTite and Dermashine are two different lines. DoubleTite is a 4 MHz monopolar RF device with two modes for firmness, fine lines and texture, listed on our price list as a full-face skin booster package; Dermashine is a device for delivering skin boosters, counted per 2cc session. Your final figure is decided by the delivery method, the type and amount of booster, the tip fee per session, add-ons, and the number of sessions.
If you want the figure for your own skin, send one daylight photo of your cheek on WhatsApp and ask how many cc, which tip and how many sessions that figure includes. Asking costs nothing, and there is no obligation to book.
DoubleTite and Dermashine: two lines, two ways of working
DoubleTite works with heat. Monopolar RF warms the dermis, and according to a review in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (2011), that heat contracts collagen right away and remodels it over the following months. Participants in that review had Fitzpatrick skin types III to IV with mild to moderate wrinkles, so an effect like this makes most sense for early signs of ageing, pores and texture.
Dermashine works differently: it delivers the booster into the skin. This matters because many booster ingredients are too large to pass through intact skin. The principle known as the 500 Dalton rule (Experimental Dermatology, 2000) explains that molecules above that size struggle to enter healthy skin, so a cream with the same ingredient name doesn't act like an injection.
Both sit on one DoubleTite / Dermashine treatment page in the acne and pores group. If your main concern is redness and pores on the cheeks, the piece on why Sylfirm costs can differ covers another option with similar cost logic.
Why is the tip fee written separately?
The tip is the single-use part that touches or enters your skin. On the clinic's price list, the tip fee per session is its own line, for both the DoubleTite package and booster with Dermashine. For Rejuran with Dermashine, only the tip fee is added, with no device fee. For Juvelook, a tip fee applies when it is done with Dermashine.
That means two quotes that look the same can differ only because one puts the tip inside the figure and the other writes it outside. I prefer prices written per unit you can check, because that's the only way you know what you are actually paying for.
When people search “doubletite dermashine korea price”, this tip line is the one most often missed.

How many cc of booster are you actually paying for?
Booster with Dermashine on our list is counted per 2cc session, while the DoubleTite package is counted for the full face. If the booster used is Juvelook, its price list has 2cc and 4cc options per session. So the first question is always the same: which booster, how many cc, and for which area.
The type of booster also changes the figure. PN boosters such as Rejuran are generally derived from salmon DNA; if halal sourcing matters to you, ask about the product's origin before treatment. For thin skin priced per cc with a different product, the piece on SkinVive per cc for thin skin may help.
| Line on the quote | What is counted | Question to ask |
|---|---|---|
| Booster with Dermashine | Per 2cc session | Which booster is used? |
| DoubleTite skin booster | Full face | Is the tip included? |
| Tip | Per session | How many sessions are planned? |
| Wrinkle injection add-on | Per session or full face | Do my lines need it? |
| Cryo soothing | Add-on for Dermashine | Does my skin need calming? |
Add-ons you are allowed to turn down
Two extras appear on our price list. The first is a wrinkle injection add-on, available with booster with Dermashine and with the DoubleTite package. The second is cryo soothing, a cold calming step that can be added to booster with Dermashine. Both have a medical reason for some people, and neither is mandatory.
Say you're 29, the pores on your cheeks are visible, your skin looks dull, and you have four days in Seoul. Your forehead lines only appear when you raise your brows high. In that situation I would leave the forehead alone this trip and focus the plan on the cheeks. If your skin flushes easily after injections, cryo soothing can make sense; if not, you can skip it.
If an add-on is already making you hesitate, write its name in a WhatsApp message and attach one daylight photo of that area, the forehead for example. Ask what that extra would do for your skin; when you come, you can repeat the same question in the consultation room with the interpreter.
How many sessions make sense on one trip?
Lasers, boosters and aesthetic injections can usually be done straight after the consultation, so one session on the same day is often possible. If your plan has more than one session, ask about the spacing before you buy a ticket, because the total rises with the number of sessions and the tip fee per session. If you also want lifting on the same trip, the piece on what decides Doublo Gold HIFU costs explains how shot counts are worked out.
The clinic is open Monday to Thursday 10:30 to 19:30, Friday until 20:30, and Saturday 10:30 to 16:30 with no lunch break; on weekdays there is a break from 13:00 to 14:00, and Sundays and public holidays are closed. Weekends and Friday evenings fill fastest, so get in touch as soon as your dates are fixed. The clinic is a two-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nonhyeon Station, and there is no patient parking, so use the subway or a taxi. More about the clinic is on the THE Beautiful Clinic home page.
After-effects, and when to wait
Most treatments at our clinic let you look normal the same day, apart from perhaps a few hours of redness. With injected boosters, red injection points, small bumps or the occasional bruise can appear and usually settle within one to a few days. In the 2011 monopolar RF review, one of six participants had slight redness and temporary dark patches that later cleared. On brown skin, inflammation can leave post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that lasts for months; how large that risk is differs from person to person.
In general, wait if:
- there is inflamed acne or an infection in the area to be treated;
- you recently had a laser or a peel;
- you are taking isotretinoin or a medicine that affects healing;
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- you are allergic to a booster ingredient, including salmon-derived PN.
Come with a clean face and no makeup if you can, and mention any recent filler. After you get home, if a bump becomes hotter, redder or more painful after a few days, or dark patches appear, see a doctor in your city and send a photo on WhatsApp; the clinic replies within 24 business hours, also after you go home.
What should you ask before you pay?
These five questions apply to a quote from any clinic:
- Is the tip fee included in this figure?
- Which booster is used, how many cc, and for which area?
- Which add-ons are in this figure, and what do they do for my skin?
- How many sessions are planned, and how far apart?
- Is this the final price before treatment?
The deposit and payment method are both decided after the consultation, so you can ask about them in the same message. If you have never had a remote consultation, the guide on what to send for an online consultation helps you prepare, and on the book a treatment page you can tick the treatments you want to ask about.
For your first message, send your Seoul dates and a list of your medicines and skin treatments from the past three months on WhatsApp, then ask for the range for your cheeks first, so your search for “doubletite dermashine korea price” ends with a figure for your own skin. The clinic replies within 24 business hours, and it is open on Saturday until 16:30. When you come, the consultation starts with a 3D scan of your cheeks, and from there I suggest whether DoubleTite, booster with Dermashine, or both make sense.
The short version
- DoubleTite is a 4 MHz monopolar RF device; Dermashine is a device for delivering skin boosters.
- The tip fee per session is written separately, so ask whether it is included.
- Booster with Dermashine is counted per 2cc session; DoubleTite covers the full face.
- Add-ons such as a wrinkle injection or cryo soothing can be questioned and declined.
- Send a cheek photo and your Seoul dates on WhatsApp for the range for your case.
Questions patients ask
Does the DoubleTite package include a booster?
On the clinic's price list, DoubleTite is listed as a full-face skin booster package, while the tip fee per session is written separately. Ask which booster the package uses and whether the tip is counted.
Why does Rejuran with Dermashine add only a tip fee?
The clinic's price list shows Rejuran with Dermashine as a tip fee only, with no device fee. Dermashine adds only the tip; the Rejuran itself is another line on the quote.
Can I ask for a price range before coming to Seoul?
Yes. Shot count, tip type and number of areas differ for everyone, so the exact figure is confirmed at consultation. Ask for the range first on WhatsApp with one photo of the area you want treated.
Can treatment happen on the day of the consultation?
Often, yes. Boosters and aesthetic injections can usually be done straight after the consultation. Weekends and Friday evenings fill fastest, so book once your dates are fixed.
Is DoubleTite suitable for brown skin?
Some platforms at the clinic were chosen with darker skin in mind, and participants in the 2011 monopolar RF review had Fitzpatrick types III to IV. Heat and inflammation can still trigger dark patches in some people, so mention your Fitzpatrick type when you contact the clinic.
What if I feel awkward saying no to extras at the clinic?
The final price is given before treatment with no obligation, and clinic staff interpret at no extra charge. You can ask for every line to be explained and decline any extra you don't need before treatment starts.
Results and recovery vary between individuals, and every treatment can have side effects. Prices are from the clinic's price list and are confirmed at consultation. This article is general information, not a diagnosis.
