A wrinkle treatment Korea search returns a list of machines and injections, rarely an explanation of which line each one answers. Movement lines, folded lines that stay in a still face, and crepey skin that has simply thinned are three different problems. By the end of this page you will know which option matches your lines, what each costs on our list, and how long the result holds.

Wrinkle treatment Korea: our prices by line type

These are list prices in Korean won, taken from the clinic's price list dated 20 August 2026. The final figure is confirmed at consultation, once the doctor has seen your skin.

The toxin rows move more with brand than with area. One area is 60,000 KRW with Korean toxin, 80,000 with Coretox, 110,000 with Xeomin and 160,000 with Allergan. Two areas together are 100,000 KRW with Korean toxin and 180,000 with Xeomin.

The price of one visit is not the cost of the result

Thermage FLX is a single session that holds for about 12 months. Botox is a short appointment that lasts 3–6 months. Rejuran is built as a course of three to four sessions, so compare plans, not headline figures.

How we decide which wrinkle treatment you need

We sort a line by what makes it. That means watching your face at rest and in movement, and, where it helps, recording the skin with 3D Meta-Vu imaging, which maps texture, pores, pigment, redness and predicted wrinkle lines.

  • Movement lines. Forehead, glabella and the fine lines around the eyes are pulled by muscle. Line botox relaxes the overactive muscle and lasts 3–6 months.
  • Folded static lines. A nasolabial fold that sits there in a still face is about volume and proportion. Contour filler distributes volume across the face and lasts 9–18 months by product.
  • Skin-level lines. When the dermis has thinned, Rejuran works on the epidermis and dermis with polynucleotide growth factors, and Juvelook uses PLA with hyaluronic acid to trigger your own collagen.
  • Lines that come with slack skin. Thermage FLX heats the collagen-rich dermis with monopolar radiofrequency, and collagen keeps building for three to six months.

What a wrinkle treatment session is like

  1. Assessment. We look at the lines at rest and in movement, then agree which ones are worth treating first.
  2. Numbing. Botox is a brief needle prick with nothing applied first. Rejuran and Juvelook are done under topical anaesthetic. Thermage runs with vibration and cooling at the tip.
  3. Treatment. Toxin is a short appointment. Thermage is charted zone by zone for energy level and shot count, then adjusted in real time during the session.
  4. Afterwards. Botox and Thermage leave no downtime. Rejuran and Juvelook leave small bumps for 1–2 days, and filler can bruise for 2–5 days.

Injectables and lasers can usually be done straight after the consultation, on the same visit. Put the bump-forming work early in your trip rather than the evening before a dinner or a flight.

Botox settles in over the week that follows. Thermage is one session with a result that keeps improving for three to six months. Rejuran is three to four sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart.

Who each option suits, and who should ask first

Most wrinkle treatment Korea plans we write use two of these together, because most faces carry more than one kind of line.

  • Movement lines on skin that is still firm: line botox, from 60,000 KRW for one area.
  • Thin skin and fine crepe: Rejuran at 120,000 KRW per 1cc, or Rejuran HB at 150,000 KRW, the version listed as low-pain. Costs per cc are set out in our Rejuran price guide.
  • Slack skin with fine lines: Thermage FLX at 1,990,000 KRW for 600 shots. If you are weighing it against HIFU, read Ultherapy vs Thermage.
  • Folds that stay in a still face: contour filler. Brand-by-brand figures are in our filler price guide.
  • Volume you would rather rebuild slowly: Sculptra at 750,000 KRW per vial, which stimulates your own collagen and holds up to around two years.
  • Lines that come with descent rather than texture: thread lifting, or a staged plan across devices, which is what Total Lifting is.

Tell us your medical history in consultation. Mention recent fillers, isotretinoin, or any medication that affects healing, and say so if your flight date is already fixed.

What changes your wrinkle treatment Korea price

  2. How many areas. Two areas together are 100,000 KRW with Korean toxin, 150,000 with Coretox and 180,000 with Xeomin.

  5. How many visits. Thermage is one session. A Rejuran course is three to four, two to four weeks apart.

If you can only come to Seoul once, say so when you message. You will get a straight answer on what a single visit can do for your lines, and what genuinely needs a second trip.

When your dates are set, tick line botox in the booking selector and send your list on WhatsApp. If this is your first treatment in Seoul, read what patients ask before they visit first.

How many sessions do I need?

Thermage FLX is one session. Botox is one appointment, repeated every 3–6 months. Rejuran is designed as a course of three to four sessions, two to four weeks apart.

Does wrinkle botox hurt?

The sensation is a brief needle prick and there is no recovery period. The effect settles in over the following week.

Botox and Thermage FLX have none. Rejuran and Juvelook leave small bumps for one to two days, and filler can bruise for two to five days.

How long do the results last?

Botox lasts 3–6 months and Thermage FLX about 12 months. Rejuran lasts 3–6 months after a full course, and filler 9–18 months depending on the product.

Can I combine botox with Thermage or Rejuran?

They work on different things — muscle, dermal heating and skin regeneration — so plans often use more than one. The order and the spacing are decided at consultation.

How do I book wrinkle treatment from abroad?

Send a photo and your travel dates on WhatsApp. The clinic replies in English or Bahasa Indonesia, usually the same day.
