If you are looking up a hiko nose lift price, you have probably decided you want a straighter bridge or a lifted tip without surgery. What you are trying to settle now is whether a quote from Seoul means three threads or ten, and what sits outside the number.

Clinics publish this differently. Some quote a single figure for the nose, others price each thread, and a few add filler without saying so. The figure on one site often does not describe the same appointment as the figure on the next.

By the end of this page you will know every nose thread line on our price list, what each one is for, what changes a quote, and how to fit the swelling around a short trip. Our list prices the HIKO lift by thread type and count, and we quote the plan, not a headline number.

Hiko nose lift price on our list

The list carries two HIKO lines. One is listed as standard, the other as PCL / PDO, and both are priced by the number of threads placed in one session.

Two related lines sit beside it. The ELSCO lift is a separate thread line, listed for the nasal bridge and tip. Nose bridge filler is listed specifically for use with HIKO, and the product decides the figure.

Each figure is for one session. Nothing on this list is a course price, and a repeat visit is charged at the single-session rate.

Prices are from the list of 20 August 2026 and exclude 10% VAT. The final figure is confirmed at consultation, after the 3D Meta-Vu scan and before anything is started.

Why one Hiko quote differs from another

A hiko nose lift price on a clinic website is where a quote starts. Four things move it, and we can give you our own value for each.

  1. The thread line. Standard HIKO starts at 95,000 KRW for 3 threads. The PCL / PDO line starts at 129,000 KRW for the same count.
  2. The thread count. The list prices 3 and 4 threads, and each thread added beyond 4 is 50,000 KRW. The count is set from your bridge and tip, not from a package.
  3. Whether the tip needs its own thread. The ELSCO lift is listed for the bridge and tip, from 99,000 KRW for 1 thread to 469,000 KRW for 5.
  4. Whether filler is added. Bridge filler for HIKO is 299,000 KRW with Juvederm. The Korean product is quoted at consultation.

Who performs it is the fifth question a quote should answer. The clinic lists one physician, Dr. Jang Dong-hoon, and the plan for your nose is drawn up with him at consultation.

PCL or PDO, and how long a thread result lasts

Both HIKO threads we use are made for the nose. The HIKO PCL thread dissolves slowly and is chosen to hold support and volume for longer. The HIKO PDO thread reinforces the shape of the bridge as a basic structural thread.

The material is what separates them. A 2024 review of thread materials, listed in the sources below, puts a PCL thread at roughly 1 to 1.5 years to absorb and PDO at 6 to 8 months. Absorption time is not the same as how long you see a result, so treat it as a comparison between the two, not a promise.

Our thread lifting page lists results lasting 6–12 months for thread lifting as a whole. That range covers facial threads too, so ask at consultation what to expect for your nose and your thread choice. A HIKO session can be repeated; the interval is decided once we have seen how your nose settled.

Planning your trip around a Hiko nose lift

A hiko nose thread goes in through small entry points under local anaesthetic, and there is no incision to heal. Our thread lifting page describes the sensation as moderate and lists 2–5 days of swelling, settling over the first week.

  • Book the procedure early in your stay rather than on your last day, so the swelling has time to settle while you are still in Seoul.
  • Leave room for a check before your flight if you can. Threads that sit too shallow can show or be felt, and that is easier to look at in person.
  • We are open Monday to Thursday 10:30–19:30, Friday until 20:30 and Saturday until 16:30, closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • The clinic is a 2-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nonhyeon Station, with free parking in the building.

If you are also planning other work on your face, look at our thread lifting options for the cheeks and jaw and the wider lifting and tightening category. Sequencing several procedures in one trip is part of the plan, not an afterthought.

Who should ask first, and the alternatives

This is not for every nose. A thread adds support along a line; it does not remove a hump, narrow a wide base or replace a surgical correction.

  • Tell us your full medical history in consultation, including any earlier nose surgery, implant or filler. A 2024 review of nose thread complications advises extra caution where an implant or foreign material is already in place.
  • If you had filler in the nose recently, tell us the product and the date before a thread is planned.
  • If what you want is volume rather than lift, contour filler may be the better first step. Our guide to filler prices in Korea sets out the products and figures.

Published reports describe threads becoming visible, migrating or surfacing at the entry point, and infection is rare. That is why the plan includes follow-up, and why we would rather tell you a thread is not right for your nose than place one.
