These are list prices in Korean won, taken from the clinic's price list dated 20 August 2026. The final figure is confirmed at consultation, once the doctor has seen your skin.

Rejuran i, the eye version, is 120,000 KRW for 1cc and 240,000 KRW for 2cc — the same figures as standard Rejuran. Eye Thermage is 990,000 KRW at 255 shots and 1,890,000 KRW at 450 shots. Imported under-eye filler, Juvederm or Restylane, is 450,000 KRW per 1cc.

Why the cheapest line is not the answer

A dark circles treatment Korea search returns one number, but each row above works on a different layer. Brightening work does nothing to a shadow, and a filler does nothing to redness. The price only means something once you know which row applies to you.

How we decide which under-eye problem we are treating

3D Meta-Vu imaging photographs the face in 3D and separates the picture into eleven layers — dark circles, melanin, redness, texture and wrinkles among them. You see the same images we do, so the recommendation is something you can check rather than take on trust.

Where the images show redness that is vascular, Vbeam Perfecta is the platform whose wavelength is absorbed by haemoglobin and almost nothing else. Where they show melanin, the work is planned inside our pigmentation programme, which sorts a lesion by type and depth before any energy is switched on.

Where the skin itself has thinned, Rejuran uses polynucleotide growth factors on the epidermis and dermis together, and Eye Thermage lifts eyelid skin with a dedicated 0.25 cm² tip. Where the contour is what reads as darkness, Agnes under-eye fat repositioning or an under-eye filler is the conversation instead.

What an under-eye session is like

1. 01Analysis. The consultation can include 3D Meta-Vu imaging, which maps eleven layers including dark circles, melanin and redness, so the plan comes from your own skin data.
2. 02Numbing. A topical anaesthetic goes on before Rejuran i and before Agnes. Eye Thermage needs none — the tip cools the surface between pulses.
3. 03The treatment. Rejuran i is injected into the eye area, or delivered with the Dermashine multi-needle head for a 33,000 KRW tip and no device fee. Eye Thermage is charted zone by zone for energy level and shot count, then adjusted during the session.
4. 04Afterwards. Rejuran leaves small bumps for 1–2 days. Agnes leaves small scabs for 2–4 days. Eye Thermage has no downtime, and filler can bruise for 2–5 days.

Boosters and lasers can usually be done straight after the consultation, on the same visit. Agnes we would rather you schedule with the rest of your week in mind.

How many sessions, and how far apart

One Rejuran session is a trial rather than a treatment. If you are in Seoul for a week, the realistic choices are the ones that work in a single visit — Eye Thermage, filler, or a first Rejuran i session with the rest of the course on your next trip.

Who each option suits, and who should ask first

Rejuran i suits eye-area skin that has thinned and lost resilience. Eye Thermage suits eyelid skin that needs firming. Agnes under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye filler work on contour, not on skin quality, so the two conversations are separate.

• Tell us about recent fillers, isotretinoin, or any medication that affects healing. We ask this before every treatment.

3. 03Shot count. Eye Thermage is 255 or 450 shots — 990,000 or 1,890,000 KRW.
