Beautiful Total Lifting Korea: who is it for? Cost, reviews and methods

THE Beautiful Total Lifting is a multi-device plan built around where the sagging comes from, so it doesn't automatically suit everyone. One session block takes 60 to 120 minutes.

Unsure whether the Beautiful Total Lifting Korea plan a friend mentioned is worth your savings and your leave days?

Before you set aside a budget, take the time to read to the end.

You'll know what decides the cost, which review claims you can rely on, and which methods are used. From there you can judge whether this programme fits your face and budget, or whether a smaller step would do.

Hello, I'm Dr. Jang Dong-hoon, Founder & Medical Director of THE Beautiful Clinic.

I consult, plan and treat myself, with no counsellors selling packages. The consultation begins with a 3D skin scan, and you can message us in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

This post exists because the word total easily sounds like a package everyone needs, when what goes into it differs for each face.

THE Beautiful Total Lifting is a lifting plan built from several devices: which one, at which depth, in which order. It suits sagging that comes from more than one layer, while complaints about dark spots sit closer to our pigment programme.

If you can't yet tell which complaint is yours, send one photo of your face from the side on WhatsApp and write the one thing that bothers you most in the mirror.

What does the Total Lifting programme actually contain?

Sagging rarely comes from one layer. Skin loosens, fat pads shift, and the fascia beneath gives way. Each layer responds to a different kind of energy, so the depth is chosen first and the device second.

That's why THE Beautiful Total Lifting has no single fixed line-up. The plan comes from three things: where elasticity has gone, how dense your skin still is, and how much downtime your trip can take. We have eleven lifting devices to choose from, and not all of them will be used on one face.

If Beautiful Total Lifting Korea reached you as a recommendation, remember that a friend's advice applies to your friend's face. What you need to check is whether your face has the same problem in the same layer.

Who does Total Lifting suit, and when is the pigment programme more relevant?

Our two signature programmes often get mixed up because both sound all-inclusive. The difference is clear when you see them side by side.

The visit spacing row matters if you're coming from Indonesia. A course every 2 to 4 weeks is hard to complete on one period of leave, so ask early what can begin in Seoul and how it continues. The details of the total pigmentation care programme are on its page.

Say you're 31, you work in Bandung, you have five days of leave, your main complaint is spots on your cheeks, and your jawline is still firm. With that picture I wouldn't begin with a multi-device lifting plan. I would ask about the type of spot first, because melasma and sun spots look alike in the mirror yet need different wavelengths.

It's different if you're 45, your cheeks are starting to drop, your skin is thinning, and the area under your chin feels full. Those three complaints can sit in three layers, and that's where a plan with several devices has a reason.

Scars are another story again, and neither programme targets them. If that's what bothers you, ask about scars specifically when you write to us.

Consultation day in Seoul, step by step

Here is the sequence you can expect, drawn from our programme facts:

  1. The scan first. Your skin is scanned before the price list is discussed. You can read about it on our doctor's page, along with who will be treating you.
  2. Three things assessed. Where elasticity has gone, skin density, and the downtime your schedule can take.
  3. Your history. Tell us about fillers or threads placed in the last six months, because the energy is planned around them.
  4. Device order. Devices are scheduled across one or more visits and aren't stacked in a single afternoon.
  5. Treatment. One session block takes 60 to 120 minutes, and numbing depends on the devices in the plan.

The clinic opens Monday to Thursday from 10:30 to 19:30, Friday until 20:30, and Saturday until 16:30 with no lunch break. Lunch on other days runs from 13:00 to 14:00, and Sundays and public holidays are closed. It's a 2-minute walk from Exit 5 of Nonhyeon Station on the Sinbundang Line, and since there is no patient parking, come by subway or taxi.

After each energy session, avoid sauna, hot yoga and long sun exposure for three days. If your holiday plans include a beach or hot springs, put them before the session. More about the clinic is on the THE Beautiful Clinic home page.

Methods: depth decides the device

Three kinds of energy form the basis of the plan. Radiofrequency works in the dermis for density. HIFU reaches the SMAS, the fascia layer usually tightened through surgery. Microwave is used when fat needs to come down along with the sag.

  • Two devices in one visit only make sense when they target different layers. Where they overlap, the sessions are spaced apart.
  • The skin surface is protected by contact or gas cooling on every platform in the line-up.
  • Duration runs from 3 to 12 months by device, and the plan is reviewed at months 3 and 6.

Collagen builds slowly, so the honest review point is week 12, long after you're back at work in Indonesia. If you're already leaning toward a specific device, you can tick it on our booking page.

What do reviews say, and which claims can you rely on?

Lifting reviews on social media often carry three claims worth sorting out.

  • More devices, more tightening. Wrong. Two devices in the same layer give no added reason, only more heat in the same place.
  • No recovery at all. Partly true. This programme generally runs from no recovery to same-day flushing, though each person's experience can differ.
  • Results show as you leave the clinic. Partly true for the first impression, while new collagen forms over several months.

So a photo of someone the day after a session can't be the basis for your decision. If you want to compare Beautiful Total Lifting Korea with what you read online, compare that person's complaint with yours first.

Risks and side effects, and who should wait

Common temporary reactions after energy devices are redness, mild swelling and tenderness, usually easing within hours to a few days. Less common but worth knowing are burns or blisters, and temporary numbness with devices that work deep. On darker skin, inflammation can also leave pigment marks, as DermNet explains.

In general, it's wise to wait or discuss it first if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • have a pacemaker or electronic implant
  • have an active infection or inflammation on the face
  • are taking isotretinoin or medication that affects healing
  • have active melasma, because melasma reacts badly to the energy that clears a spot

The American Academy of Dermatology also stresses daily sun protection for melasma, and we advise SPF 50 every day during the pigment programme.

If blisters, increasing pain or numbness that doesn't improve appear after you're home, see a doctor in your city promptly and show your treatment record. The CDC advises medical travellers to keep copies of such records, so ask for the device name and treatment date before you fly.

If your history touches any point above, write on WhatsApp the fillers, threads or medication you've used or are using, then ask how they affect a lifting plan.

What decides the cost of Beautiful Total?

This programme is built from several devices, so no single figure applies to every face. The price is set at consultation, and payment happens at the clinic. What moves it:

  1. The devices chosen. Each type of energy is counted in its own way.
  2. Shot count and tip type. Both differ from person to person.
  3. Number of areas. The lower face alone differs from face and neck.
  4. Number of visits. One or several visits also change your travel costs.

For your own figure, ask on WhatsApp what range Total Lifting would cost for the complaint you've described, and whether a smaller plan exists.

If you don't know where to start, one photo is enough. Send it with your dates in Seoul on WhatsApp, then ask for a plan, a realistic sequence and a price range, in English or Bahasa Indonesia. The clinic answers within 24 business hours, and you can ask before booking anything. When you come, I'll examine your skin and recommend what fits, including when Beautiful Total Lifting Korea turns out not to be the answer for your face.

The short version

  1. Total Lifting is a multi-device plan arranged by depth.
  2. Spots and melasma sit closer to the pigment programme, which runs as a course of sessions.
  3. One lifting session block takes 60 to 120 minutes.
  4. The honest review point is week 12.

Questions patients ask

Does Total Lifting involve incisions?

No. The plan uses energy devices, and the jawline and cheeks are treated with no incision at all. If you've read about thread lifting, that is a different treatment covered separately.

How long do results last?

About 3 to 12 months depending on the devices in your plan. The plan is reviewed at months 3 and 6, while week 12 is the point for judging results.

Are all the devices used in one day?

No. Devices are scheduled across one or more visits and aren't stacked in a single afternoon. Two devices in one visit make sense only when they target different layers.

I had filler last month. Should I mention it?

Yes. Tell the clinic about fillers or threads placed in the last six months, because the energy is planned around those areas.

Can the pigment programme be finished on one period of leave?

It runs as a course of sessions every 2 to 4 weeks, and melasma is managed over the long term. Ask what can begin on your visit and how maintenance would work.

Results and recovery vary between individuals, and every treatment can have side effects. Prices are from the clinic's price list and are confirmed at consultation. This article is general information, not a diagnosis.
